Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order or try before you buy. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Waipu Extracts Subscription Terms & Conditions
Welcome to the Waipu Extracts family. We offer subscription options so you never run out of the products your skin depends on. By selecting a subscription option on our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Subscription Commitment
When you choose to subscribe to any Waipu Extracts product, you are committing to a minimum of two orders:
โขYour initial order (placed at the time of sign-up).
โขOne subsequent recurring order.
This minimum commitment allows us to manage our small-batch production and continue offering subscription pricing to our loyal customers.
2. Cancellation Policy
We stand behind our "Cancel anytime. No lock-in, no hassle." promise. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note the following:
โขIf you cancel before your first recurring order has been processed, your cancellation will take effect after that one committed order is fulfilled. You will not be charged beyond that.
โขIf you cancel after your first recurring order has been processed, your subscription ends immediately with no further charges.
To cancel, simply log into your customer portal or contact our support team and we will take care of the rest.
3. Pausing Your Subscription
You can pause your subscription at any time, for any reason. No questions asked.
โขPausing delays your next shipment to a date that suits you.
โขYou can skip a delivery, push back a charge, or set a custom resume date directly through your customer portal.
โขPausing does not cancel your subscription. If you have not yet fulfilled your one-recurring-order commitment, that order will simply be fulfilled when your subscription resumes.
4. Billing and Fulfillment
By subscribing, you authorise Waipu Extracts to automatically charge your nominated payment method on the recurring schedule you selected (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).
โขYou will receive an email reminder prior to each upcoming charge.
โขAll subscription orders ship free to New Zealand and Australia. Every single order, for as long as you are subscribed. No minimum spend, no exceptions.
5. Modifications to Terms
Waipu Extracts reserves the right to update these Subscription Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will apply to future subscription cycles, and active subscribers will be notified of any significant updates.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
