    2. Pack it Up: We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on where to send your bundle.

    3. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    A Gentle Note on Conditions: > We ask that you return the products with their original packaging. We completely understand that you will have opened and tried the productsโ€”thatโ€™s the whole point of the guarantee! We just ask that the remaining contents be returned to us.

    About the scent

    Our Full Spectrum Mฤnuka Extract has a naturally strong, earthy smell. This comes directly from the concentration of the extract โ€” the same concentration responsible for its effectiveness. It doesn't affect how well the product works, and it isn't something we can formulate out without reducing potency.

    We deliberately do not add fragrance to mask this scent. Our products are formulated for all skin types, including sensitive and compromised skin, and added fragrance is a common irritant that can make these conditions worse. Leaving the extract unmasked keeps the formula as clean and effective as possible.

    We're unable to offer refunds based on scent preference alone. If you're unsure whether the smell will be a good fit for you, we recommend starting with our smaller sizes.
